The room was perfect with a small refrigerator which is very useful since our booking did not have breakfast and we opted to not have any. Two pillows for each guest that is really thoughtful. The room was a bit dusty but its fine. It was quiet and away from the busy city life. Parking was also stress-free since it is just outside the hotel. The reception were so nice to offer us free parking for 2 more hours even after checking out from our hotel room. Thank you so much we appreciate the kindness. Would definitely book this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

We recommend hotel Leonardo Heidelberg warm-heartedly. We were fully satisfied with everything. The location is in a peaceful outskirts of Heidelberg. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are some supermarkets in walking distance.

Our second visit to this hotel. It’s a very convenient hotel to stay at en-route to Austria. From reception to bar & restaurant, all staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also very comfortable. Excellent value and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay in Leonardo Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional and the cleanliness impeccable. However, a couple small details could have made our stay more pleasant: - The air conditioning was not working and the room in general was very warm. - The TV did not work after several tries and it turned on automatically (volume only) at 9:00 am, waking us up in a disorienting manner. Apart from that, we can only thank Leonardo Hotel for the excellent service and kindness of its staff.

We were satisfied about the rate and the stay in this hotel. only the dust layer on the hair dryer frame is not acceptable. you should instruct your cleaning team...

Overall, this hotel needs a Kick Ass indoor/ outdoor party pool. DJ‘s, Sports /team building, darts, billiard. Still very good without that.. would be tight tho Oh and Sauna ist nur an Abends ab 1800 Ich arbeite von 1530 - 2400. ich verstehe wann keine da ist… aber wann eine Kunde am 1100 saunieren will, hatte ich sofort jemand kommen la
