Spotless hotel, great pools, great location. All you need on a holiday!

Fantastic hotel. Cleanliness spot on, food choices suberb. Every member of staff friendly. Only thing i would say is that the bar is in need of an update. Beautiful stunning views we will definitely be back.

A great hotel, absolutely clean with variety of food and lovely pool and entertainments

We were a group of 18 women enjoying a trip for a friends milestone birthday. The hotel served as the perfect base for a long weekend. The hot food available in the restaurant buffet was not great but other than that, the rest of our stay was really good.

The whole experience was fantastic. We upgraded our package to all-inclusive plus, and it was great value for money. Lots of activities and fun times had by us all. Stunning views and location. Thank you, we will be back

We have just returned form a very relaxing enjoyable stay here. This hotel is beautiful. The views are incredible. We love the easy access to the sea from the pool area and also the short walk to the beach. This hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff are fantastic. We had a late flight home and the hotel still allowed us to use all the facilities including our all inclusive passes too. We will 100% be back...

Good place if you really want to disconnect. Pool is fantastic and the beach is really close, so you can have both without having to move too much. Food is great for a buffet and staff is amazing! Cleaning staff can be increased, it took lots of time and cleaning was superficial.

We loved the location of this hotel, with direct access to the sea & beach. Food had great variety. The hotel needs some attention in parts, as it looks worn in places. I loved that music was played around the pool. Lots going on by day and a great atmosphere. Frustratingly, people were reserving sun beds as soon as they were available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely experience overall . Staff from Reception , very friendly. Aso the staff from Restaurant. With regrets , we were not satisfied about cleanliness of our rooms... but the other stuff was brilliant.

A place just for us and just what we want for our holiday. Maybe a place we come back too.

The rooms with sea view offer an amazing view over the bay and is highly recommended. Beautiful pool area and nice beach is also very close. A bit stressful experience in high season to get a sunbed by the pool, and the kids pool is very small if your child can't swim properly yet.

The only small little criticism we had was the lifts they are very slow and sometimes were stuck on a floor and also the sun loungers seemed to be taken very early every morning and even though there was more stacked up to the side we were told we could not use them as there wasn't enough room so this year we actually didn't get to lay by the pool any of the days we were there,,,

The Hotel and catering staff were good. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The selection of food in the hotel at meal times was very good also. (keep up the good work Santiago along with the rest of the catering team). The star quality must be given to to the entertainers that do there best to keep the entertainment moving throughout the day and some evenings, as well as keeping the children excited. They also provided kids activities each day with set times for each, that was always on time. In the evenings there was entertainment put on each day for kids and for adults. Different shows by entertainers or singers that are brought into the hotel. The area is very good, with lots of things to do. The beaches are extremely clean with clear waters and golden sand. Very popular beaches next to the hotel that are not noisy and only 2-3min walk. If I had to pick some down sides, some areas were lacking four star quality that could be rectified with a refreshment of paint and maintenance. Second there was no system for getting a pool side seat, with people coming at the opening time of 10am and finding that all seats had been taken with peoples towels left of them (same a most hotels). However, the pool location by the sea is fantastic and has the sun all day long with a good view.

Almost all of the services are very well looked after. If I've to say something to improve, maybe it's need to pay attention about room's closet (there was a little bit of sand inside) and the soap dispenser (it remained empty soap space for three days in a row, because we putted it in the bin after finished it. P.s. too much speed to clean the table at the restaurant: we go to get dessert and our drinks were taken away. This was a bit ilarius, but isn't just an observation.

Our luxury room had fantastic views. It was larger than usual with lots of extras which made our stay brilliant. Clean bright with excellent AIR con. The beds were particularly comfortable and there was plenty of seating areas with lovely cushions. Shower brilliance and easy to work. Lots of convenience storage for clothes and shoes.

The staff was very kind, friendly and the hotel ist very well located.We were very satisfied with the food, it was very tasty and varied.Thank you for the hospitality, we will came back for sure.

We have stayed at this hotel for over 8 years and keep going back. The location and the views are amazing. The hotel changed ownership this year and while not much has changed, the food wasn’t as good. Still lots of selection but an overuse of oil. The entertainment team are great with some familiar faces, my 7 year old had a great time in kids club. Sun beds as usual were a problem and this year there was a sunbed graveyard, with broken beds just stacked up. lots to go around but people were happy to just move towels off others sun beds when not in sight. Didn’t help when I took my 7 year old to kids club to return to my towels being taken off by the pool attendant for a Spanish family. (Not very fair)! Overall would still recommend if you want great views, a base for going out in the evening and a chilled or fun day in the sun

My wife, who is wheelchair bound, and I have stayed in hotels in Mallorca for 40 years and have found this hotel and location to be excellent. The staff made us feel as if there was nothing too much we could not ask for and were very accommodating with room availability. I would highly recommend the superior rooms with sea view. Our room was on the 6th floor and on the same level as the reception and restaurant, and was just perfect for our mobility needs. The food was varied for all tastes and beautifully cooked. A marvellous experience and will return as soon as possible.
