Sehr gut Hotel. Alles super !

Overall my stay was average. I just want that hotel workers value time of customers. It’s ok that can be problems by printing, but it’s not OK to make the customer wait for it for an hour (maybe it was my last hour in the city, maybe I am late, I have plans: really have a booked tour), it’s OK to ask for a help to colleagues. So why Larisa didn’t do that, instead she made me wait 40 minutes, then send me to the Nyx. And the second question is why you can send me advertisements by mail.ru but can’t receive documents for printing. It is disappointing.

The hotel was new, clean, and modern. Staff was helpful and polite and always there if I had a query. Having the bus stop literally at the door made getting round the city very easy.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is lovely. I did explain that the lamp in my room wasn't working on my first day but this wasn't resolved during my stay. This is a bit disappointing considering I stayed for 6 nights.

Room could be a little bigger. We liked complimentary infused water , pastry a. apples near reception that were available on the daily basis. Staff was really friendly.

Modern, clean hotel in a good location. Staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, particularly for two people with luggage. The interior is modern and colorful, and the mini fridge is an added benefit. Breakfast is very good, with a large selection of hot and cold items. Excellent price/value relationship.

Boris and his other male colleague (name begin’s with “s” but I can’t remember what it was) were so very friendly and helpful with plenty of helpful tips and advice for our short stay. Myself and my friend had a bit of a bad start to our trip to Munich with lost baggage and missing airport transfers. Once we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and showed us real German kindness! Thank you so much guys!

Thank you for 2 weeks. Appreciated the reception desk at the check out eary morning on 9 March. I was rush and he had already printed out my invoice when I showed up. It was very helpful because the tax was waiting for me. Sorry I forgot his name.

Everything was as good as expected, the staff was extremely kind and helpful and services were great. I did not have breakfast this time for scheduling reasons, so I cannot assess it (my last time was very good, anyway). Only flaws were in the room itself: - Mattress requires renovation. I could feel the mattress strings at some point. It did not affect my sleep but shortly they will not be comfortable anymore. - Pillows are too soft. At least one thick pillow should be available, I'm afraid the usual "german type" of pillows is not for everyone. - To be immediately fixed: the hand shower holder (Duschstangengleiter) does not hold at all, which makes having a shower quite uncomfortable. Neither of these flaws were present on my latest visit, so I just hope it is a one-time thing, as I plan to return soon. Thank you!

Great in pretty much every aspect. Big and clean room, very good breakfast, helpful staff. Not the closest spot from the city center, but there's a bus right at the door every 10 minutes during the day (and a night bus as well).

-Good and clean room & facilities, washroom have heater! -Hotel located in a quiet environment, and there are room soundproof very good. -All Staff friendly & helpful - Variety choices of breakfasts start from 6.30am! - Food restaurant & Supermarket nearby

Excellent stay and value

Konstantinos was so helpful in arranging for us to extend our reservation of the room until we could confirm our rebooked train would leave for Hamburg. I was travelling with my 90 year old mother during the chaos of the early December snow storm. His help and the support of everyone at the hotel was invaluable. Leonardo's was our sanctuary during a very challenging and unexpected detour in Munich. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Areas for improvement: 1. Unable to supply hot water on the first day 2. Insufficient sealing in the shower can leak water to the floor 3. There are no main lights in the room and insufficient lighting

location is good. Considering the price, I was satisfied with this hotel overall. But the room is quite dark.

We stayed here an extra night before our tour, caught underground to Marienplatz, Lidl across the road , lovely cafe nearby. Quieter location , overall a good stay.

This was a really good hotel! Clean, comfy and good staff! We will come back :)

All in all we had a good experience staying in the hotel. My mother left her mobile phone in our room after we checked out and it was returned to her after calling the hotel. Ms. Darla went out of her way to make us feel like valued guests during breakfast times. Ms. Larisa also helped out for a speedy checkout and find the address of our destination.

Great seamless stay, very up-to-date rooms, at good value. Would definitely stay here again. One small thing: I was there when it was very hot outside, and there is no default A/C, pnly fans in the room. May be an issue during the very hot summer months.

my rating on check in was low only because they were having problems with their system. The staff worked diligently to get it fixed. It was a long wait and I'm sure stressful for the staff but in the end they got it fixed and were great at getting everyone checked in Overall we had a good experience. We did not try the breakfast as we felt 18 euros a person was way overpriced. We spent 20 euros total at Müller just up the road for coffees, drinks , bread and other breakfast items that fed 4 people
